What Can You Accomplish in 10 Minutes?

I don’t remember when I first heard about this, but I LOVE it! Everyone is so busy and “To Do” lists rarely get completed to perfection. And that’s not such a bad thing. However, what if you were able to cross one more thing off your list each night before bed? What would that do to your “To Do” list?
10 minutes, a good playlist (2-3 songs is good), a timer, and the “Do Not Disturb” function on your phone is all you need.
Set your timer for 10 minutes, turn your phone on “Do Not Disturb” and really focus on one thing from your to-do list. It’s not always about crossing something off your list (although, that is nice). This is about giving yourself an uninterrupted 10 minutes to complete something that needs to get done.
It can be as simple as clearing your entryway table. Or, something small that makes an impact is loading the dishwasher and clearing the counter, like me you’ll be blown away seeing the effects of a 10min kitchen! Having 10 minutes of uninterrupted time allows you to focus on that one task and with each passing day, you’ll get even more accomplished.
