My name is Stacy Ross, but my friends call me Ross Boss!
I am your above-average, Type-A personality (outgoing, ambitious, rigidly organized, anxious, and proactive) who has learned how to turn most experiences into a party with a purpose! And I am finally living my dream, ON PURPOSE!
I grew up in Syracuse, NY, so naturally, I am a lifetime Syracuse Orange basketball fan and diehard Philadelphia Eagles (Donovan McNabb anyone!?). I actually enjoy most sports - watching and playing. I was the manager of my college’s women’s basketball team (#hornsup), but my playing career didn’t begin until I moved to Atlanta in 2009. I started working out, getting fit, and joined a social kickball league, and that led to a dodgeball championship, 4 seasons of flag football, and who knows how many seasons of competitive kickball.
Family is my absolute JAM! I cannot count the number of cousins I have (but I’m working on my Ancestry family tree, so maybe I will be able to soon) nor the laughs we have when we are together. I have 5 nieces, and they keep me young by reminding me not to take myself too seriously.
I am a natural planner both professionally, as an event planner for some pretty big name companies at some even bigger named sporting events, and personally, planning family reunions and girls’ trips for years. All of that comes in handy when I’m organizing a space because I plan for contingencies, take all personalities into account, and know that the original plan is seldom the final plan. I prefer to roll with the punches and see where the journey leads us.
I don’t think anyone ever wakes up and says, “I want to be a professional organizer when I grow up!” but here I am, a professional organizer working to help others get and stay organized.
